Since black and turquoise continue to dominate the event color schemes for 2011 and 2012 weddings, we thought we’d post pictures from a table4decor designed wedding from 2010.
The bride wanted black drama with turquoise and bling accents. She had purchased turquoise rose petals that she wanted to use with black glittered branches for the centerpieces. One problem – no black glittered branches to be found from any distributor we knew of at the time. We bought 4 pounds of glitter, 120 cream colored branches, 10 cans of black spray paint, one gallon of elmer’s glue and we went to work.
Carefully glittered black branches with crystal drops and turquoise petals slid on.
Fantastic sequin table linen we brought in for the head table and accents in the middle of the table. Forget traditional wedding cake – these delicious cheesecake bars with blue frosting were a success!
Special thank you to Ryan Becker Photography for the professional pictures.
